Serena O'Callaghan is a lived experience worker and works in community mental health.
Serena also has had her own mental health challenges in which she opens up about her experience with the mental health system as an inpatient.

Serena is a motivated and empathic worker on a mission to inspire those experiencing mental ill-health and to transform the services that support them by ensuring that lived experience is more meaningfully embedded in service design and delivery.
